Tech and hospitality firm invests in new AI software to enhance client services

A fast-growing Teesside technology firm is setting new standards in training management with the launch of a cutting-edge AI feature designed to enhance client services.

ServAce, based at Wynyard Business Park, works with national blue-chip clients to manage online and residential training courses, primarily for apprenticeships. The company has now introduced an advanced AI-powered system that significantly improves how client and apprentice feedback is processed and actioned.

The upgrade was driven by the growing success of the ServAce mobile app, which engages apprentices and encourages real-time feedback on their training experiences. With hundreds of comments now being submitted through the app, both ServAce and its clients needed a smarter way to manage and respond to this high volume of valuable data.

The new AI functionality automatically filters, categorises, and prioritises feedback, enabling the ServAce team and its clients to respond faster, spot trends, and make timely improvements that benefit future cohorts of apprentices.

“This market-leading feature takes advantage of the very best AI capabilities to support the work of our team, not replace it,” said Louise White, co-owner of ServAce.

“It allows us to act on feedback more quickly and efficiently, ultimately delivering an even better experience for our clients and their learners.

“We pride ourselves on the human touch in everything we do. The AI simply enhances that—it helps us to deliver smarter, more responsive services at scale.”

The introduction of AI is the latest step in ServAce’s growth journey. Founded in 2006, the company now employs 32 people and is planning further recruitment to support its expanding client base.

Earlier this year, ServAce was named Small Business of the Year at the TeesTech Awards 2025, recognising its innovation and leadership in the field of training and event booking management.
