Next East Durham Business Network event: Seaham Hall Hotel, October 12

Join us for B2B Networking and tell us about your priority skills challenges you face – Could be new skills/training, recruitment to retention

About this event

This event will take place on Wednesday, 12th October within the stunning setting of the Ballroom suite of the 5* Seaham Hall Hall and Spa. Networking and registration will open from 8.30am and the event itself will start at 9am.

As always there will be an introduction from chairman of the East Durham Business Network Paul Wellstead. This will be followed by an update from East Durham Business Network and Magazine from Leanne Fawcett. Karen McParlin Business Durham skills and training lead will then give a brief overview of the skills landscape & opportunities for businesses to recruit, retain and upskill.

So, what can you expect from our event? Well, networking of course and the opportunity to develop business leads/contacts as you would expect from a B2B event. However we would also appreciate if you could consider your business skills / training / recruitment challenges. This is because at recent events many businesses have highlighted a range of skills issues that businesses are facing. We need to know your business needs are in order to provide the support so don’t be shy and make your voice heard!

All businesses will be given the opportunity to provide a brief overview ;
