The Horden-based charity has received a further award from the National Lottery Community Fund to enable to to continue the valuable support that it provides to those with acquired hearing loss throughout County Durham and Darlington.
Lottery support during the past 10 years has enabled DDS to develop its service and to support more people.
Jane Dennison from the charity said: “We would like to thank the National Lottery and we would also like to say a great big thank you to all National Lottery players – we really appreciate your help in ensuring that the support DDS provides can continue.”
